Our experience was phenomenal. We met Kyle through our realtor. She knew how important it was to us to have new carpet before we moved into our new home. Kyle made multiple visits to the home before we closed and each time brought samples of carpet and tile. He was ready when the time came. We closed and in a matter of hours we had beautiful gray carpet and tile throughout our 3 story home. There was not a piece of debri left after the installation. The installers were professional and actually listened. I couldn't be any more pleased with this organization. Although I only have pics of the padding, the carpet and tile leave me speechless. We had Contractor’s Carpet and Flooring replace ALL flooring in our house. This included engineered hardwood flooring throughout the 1st floor, and replacing all our old carpeting on the 2nd floor. Both turned out beautiful and we are very happy! Kyle was easy to work with, and he made a great suggestion for our bathrooms, which I wasn’t sure what to do with. His suggestion of putting LVF on top of the old tile saved money and most importantly looks great! The work crew did a very professional job and cleaned up after themselves. Overall we are more than happy with this company and would recommend them without hesitation!

Kyle was dedicated to getting a good job done for us in a timely manner (removing a house full of wall-to-wall carpeting and replacing it with Mannington laminate). All the workmanship is superb and we are very pleased with the results. There was a delay on some special materials that was no fault of Contractor’s Carpet and Flooring, and despite my saying there was no need, Kyle reduced our final payment by several hundred dollars for our inconvenience. We would use this company again, and highly recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.

We had 2 site surveys from local businesses to determine the best, most cost effective, and best esthethic course of action to replace original 12 year old carpet. Unlike the 1st site survey, Kyle Sneed advised he could match our existing hardwood floors. After much discussion and 2 visits by Kyle (manager), we opted for a composite flooring throughout the entire first floor which closely matched the hardwood. Installation was successfully completed in 2 days by Fulvie and Louie; professional, personable, and hard working employees. As someone who has lived many places in the US and overseas, these employees are a credit to their manager and company. We were thoroughly impressed by the entire process w/Kyle and crew. We recently had our Master Bath completely renovated.Tub removed to make room for a walk in shower. Working with Kurt from Reico we selected beautiful cabinets and granite counter top, but had no clue how to design a bathroom with such limited space. We met with Mark talked about our vision, he drew up some beautiful plans, Barb in the office helped pull it all together with Tile for shower, flooring and shower floor. She also was extremely helpful in selecting the mirrors, fixtures and lighting. We worked closely with Mark during the process. Let me first start off by saying this is my first Google review I have ever posted. Barbara, the owner of Contractors Carpet and Flooring reached out to me in regards to her new website that she launched and had asked me to write a review of the services provided to my fiancée and I last winter. I honestly could not think of a better group of people to write my first review for. Barbara and Mark did a phenomenal job assisting us in picking our new floors and paint color for our new home. Being a first time home buyer, things were extremely stressful for us so we just assumed purchasing floors would be similar. So glad we were wrong! I was extremely pleased with the peace of mind that came with how Barbara, Mark, their son Kyle, and their crew operate. I would recommend them to anyone and we are already considering putting more hardwood in the upstairs of our home as well as a bathroom remodel. Can't thank them enough!

We recently had all of the carpeting replaced in our home and Contractor's Carpet and Flooring did a great job. The installers showed up on time and went to work tearing out the old carpeting. They cleaned up the old carpeting, installed the new and we were very happy with the results. We also had the old carpeting replaced with hardwood floors in our Living and Dining rooms and it looks great. Everything was moved back into place and the installers even placed felt tips on the legs of the furniture so the furniture wouldn't scratch the new floors. (We had purchased the felt tips intending to place them on our furniture ourselves so it was beyond what we would have expected). I felt their prices were very reasonable also. Several years ago we also had our Master bathroom remodeled which included enlarging the shower and having a seat built in and New Tiles around the tub and shower as well as a new Back Splash in the kitchen. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Contractors Carpet and Flooring recently ripped out our old flooring and installed new pre-finished hardwood all throughout the downstairs area. I've got to give them credit - We had a tight budget and called around town to find the best price for the particular product we wanted installed. Mark, Barbara, and Kyle were all aware of this and not only did they understand but never once did we feel brushed aside like we did when we informed some of the other companies in the area of this.
